Portugal midfield man makes switch to Clarets permanent
Florentino Luis spent last season on loan at Burnley
Burnley have confirmed the permanent signing of midfielder Florentino Luís.
The Portugal ace arrived at Turf Moor from S.L Benfica last year on loan with an obligation to buy .
He made his Clarets debut in the Premier League against Liverpool, before registering his first assist for the Clarets just four games later in a 2-0 win over Leeds United.
Florentino, who carries a wealth of UEFA Champions League and Portugal U21 experience, made a total of 33 appearances for Burnley in all competitions throughout his first year at Turf Moor.
The 26-year-old had an obligation to make the move permanent included in his transfer to the club, which was triggered during last season.
