An open day is being held at the Keld development in Barrowford to highlight the remaining Shared Ownership homes available on the site.
Housebuilder Northstone, in partnership with Entwistle Green, is hosting the drop-in event on Saturday, September 19th, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
The event focuses on the final three two-bedroom duplex homes available through a 50% Shared Ownership scheme with Heylo. Based on a full market value of £208,000, buyers can purchase a 50% share starting at £104,000, requiring a minimum 5% deposit of £5,200. Rent on the remaining share starts at £238 per month. Buyers also have the option to purchase larger shares over time to achieve 100% ownership.
