The Saw Doctors to play Halifax’s Victoria Theatre

Top Irish rock group The Saw Doctors are bringing their must-see show to Halifax’s Victoria Theatre.

Now in their 20th year on the road, the band will be playing for one night only on Tuesday, July 12th.

The Saw Doctors were formed in 1988 by the song writing partnership of Davy Carton (singer) and Leo Moran (guitarist).

And completing the five-man line-up is Anthony Thistlethwaite on bass, guitar and saxophone, Eimhin Cradock on drums and Kevin Duffy on keyboards and backing vocals.

Best known in Ireland for their huge number one hit “I Useta Lover” the lads were recently honoured with a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Meteors Irish Music Awards concert in Dublin.

The Halifax show starts at 7-30 p.m. and tickets are £22 for standing and £24 for seated.
