The Whites took the lead in the latter stages of the first half courtesy of a strike from Mateusz Klich before Jack Harrison flicked home a second to double his side’s advantage.

Record signing Rodrigo then wrapped up the three points with a quick-fire double late on.

Burnley could now drop down to 16th if Brighton beat West Ham on Saturday evening.

As for Leeds, they remain 10th in the Premier League table with just two games left to play this season.
