Key EFL dates for the diary as Burnley's relegation to the Championship is confirmed
Now Burnley’s relegation from the Premier League has finally been confirmed – focus will inevitability shift to what comes next.
The Clarets will line up back in the Championship next term alongside Wolves, whose demotion has also already been ratified.
Who joins them in the second tier remains to be seen, with Tottenham, West Ham, Nottingham Forest and Leeds United all still in the mix – although it’s currently Spurs who languish in that last relegation spot.

Many of the players, however, could be playing for their futures, while others may be seeking to impress to try and secure a summer move away from Turf Moor.
As for supporters, they will already be thinking ahead to what comes next and whether or not the Clarets can repeat the success of their last two seasons in the Championship.
