Burnley v Tottenham Hotspur RATINGS
The Clarets had kept the away side's dangermen at bay for the majority, but left the South Korean international completely unmarked from Erik Lamela's corner in the 75th minute.
Harry Kane, who flicked on the set-piece to claim another assist, had cleared James Tarkowski's header off the line at the other end moments earlier.
Jose Mourinho's side climbed up to fifth as a result while the Clarets, with a solitary point from five games, remain in the bottom three.
Here are the ratings...
Jose Mourinho's side climbed up to fifth as a result while the Clarets, with a solitary point from five games, remain in the bottom three.

5. James Tarkowski 8
The centre back has made a huge difference to Burnley's organisation, discipline and solidity since his return to action. Strolls through games with ease, kept Kane quiet and unfortunate not to give the hosts the lead from Westwood's corner.

6. Johann Berg Gudmundsson 7
Another very encouraging performance from the Icelandic winger. Neat and tidy in possession, putting Spurs on the back foot with a number of driving runs, and looked dangerous when travelling infield to link play.

7. Dwight McNeil 6
Blew hot and cold throughout, opening the game up at times when picking up the ball in dangerous pockets of space. However, Doherty and Sissoko stuck to their task, doubling up on the winger in a bid to negate his threat.

8. Josh Brownhill 7
Pressed hard and high up the pitch to force errors from the visitors. Almost profited when dragging a shot wide in the second half. Won the ball in key areas, battled well, put his foot in to break up the play and tidy with the ball at his feet.
