Scott Parker’s pre-match comments

“A tough game, for sure, a tough game against a really good side, an aggressive side, man vs man team.

“We're coming out with two positive performances where we've looked really solid. We've probably given up very few chances and also we've showed another side to us in the attacking phase - certainly against Everton, maybe not so against Bournemouth.

“We can take huge positives though, as we can from when we played against Newcastle away from home a few weeks ago, certainly before the sending off.

“We'll prep and we'll get into this game now, full eyes on that.”

What are the predicted teams?

Burnley: Dubravka, Walker, Laurent, Ekdal, Humphreys, Pires, Florentino, Ugochukwu, Anthony, Bruun Larsen, Broja

Newcastle: Ramsdale, Miley, Thiaw, Schar, Hall, Guimaraes, Joelinton, Ramsey, Barnes, Gordon, Woltemade

Who is the referee?

Rob Jones. He’s overseen 18 games so far this season, dishing out 66 yellow cards but no reds. This will be the second Burnley game he’s taken charge of this season, having officiated the 5-1 defeat to Manchester City in September. Nick Hopton is on VAR duty.
