Burnley will be desperate to end their long, long wait for a win this weekend when they host Derby County.
The fixture has been described as “must-win” by Clarets boss Nicky Hayen, who is already coming under increasing pressure following a terrible start to the season.
Last weekend’s 3-1 defeat to Swansea City saw Burnley slump to the bottom of the Championship table, having taken just three points from their first seven games.
It sets up a big clash with fellow strugglers Derby County, who also find themselves in the bottom three following last weekend’s defeat to Birmingham City.
Here’s how we expect the Clarets to line up:
1. GK - Gregoire Coudert
It feels like the right time to take Max Weiss out of the firing line, almost for his sake more than anything. It all feels a bit too much, too soon for the young German. | Kelvin Stuttard Video & Photography
2. RB - Kyle Walker
I'd be surprised if he's dropped entirely, despite calls for that to happen from some quarters. But perhaps he needs shifting out to right-back. | Kelvin Stuttard Video & Photography
3. CB - Anel Ahmedhodzic
Assuming he's recovered from his illness, you'd have to assume the former Sheffield United man will come straight back in. | Kelvin Stuttard Video & Photography
4. CB - Igor Julio
He was one of a select few that emerged with some credit from last weekend's defeat at Swansea. Has to start, assuming he's fit enough to do so again. | Kelvin Stuttard Video & Photography
