THERE were joyful scenes and a sea of red, white and blue as Turf Moor welcomed the Queen and Prince Philip today.
Visiting as part of their historic tour of the town, the Royal couple enjoyed a tour of the home of Burnley FC and lunch with Barry Kilby before greeting the crowds who had gathered in the ground to catch a glimpse of them!
Young people from across town had been busy entertaining the crowds, too.
