Lots of creative arts and craft activities were enjoyed including preparing pom-pom chicks and Easter wreaths. Chocolate Easter nests were baked and washed down with refreshing cocktails and delicious hot cross buns.

A spokesman for the Manor House said: "Colourful Easter eggs were hung from a beautiful display made by the residents with help of flowering blackcurrant, yellow forsythia and pussy willow. An appropriate traditional quiz, facts and poems about Easter were appreciated while eating their Easter eggs. Talented performer Darcey O’Brian entertained singing old favourite songs outside under a gazebo."
