Work on the Station Road development began in 2018 and was welcomed by nearby residents keen to see the formerly derelict land put to good use.

Calico Homes has also worked with Padiham Primary School throughout the development to help ease traffic congestion at the school gates.

They funded and created a woodland path, with input from the pupils, to develop a green route to the school for nearby families to use.

They have invested £10,235,647 into the Station Road development, with £2,772,000 of this provided through funding granted by Homes England.
