Hide AdSammy (29) said: "He asked me if he would get any eggs if he had to be in hospital at Easter and I said that of course he would as I would bring some for him.
"He thought for a bit then asked me if he could sell some of his toys so he could use the money to buy eggs for any poorly boys and girls who may be left out.
"I said he didn't need to sell any of his toys and we went to buy some to put away for Easter."

Hide AdSammy, who lives in Colne with her son, was so proud of George, who suffers frequently from respiratory infections, she shared his generous gesture on social media to ask if anyone would like to make a donation.
The response was overwhelming and to date George, who goes to Lord Street Primary School in Colne, has received 45 eggs from well wishers.
And when staff at the Colne Sainsburys store heard about George's generosity they donated a £20 voucher for him to choose some Easter treats for the children. And Nelson's Morrison's store has promised George a big basket of Easter treats for being such a kind boy.

Sammy witnessed George's amazing empathy for others at Christmas when she took him to the cemetery to place flowers on a loved one's grave. He became concerned there were many graves that were empty and asked if they could buy flowers to place on them.
Sammy said: "We bought some flowers and on Christmas Eve George went round and placed a single flower on each of the empty graves."
Anyone who would like to make a donation to George's Easter egg collection is asked to contact Sammy on facebook.
