From our precious parks to the country's greatest ever fast bowler, here are 15 of the best, according to you.
9. Moorhouse's
Moorhouse's has been producing award-winning beers in Burnley for more than 150 years. Inspired by the myths and folklore that surround Pendle Hill, the likes of Blonde Witch, Scaredy Cat and Pride of Pendle are still casting a spell over ale lovers in the area. Photo: Kelvin Stuttard
10. Burnley Central Library
Even if it's been a while since you ventured inside Burnley Central Library, the Grade II listed building is still something to behold as you walk or drive by it. Photo: Kelvin Stuttard
11. Crow Wood
Plans were submitted to expand and improve Burnley's leading leisure destination, Crow Wood Hotel and Spa Resort, earlier in the year. The £12.6m. scheme would see further facilities added to the award-winning Woodland Spa, which has been part of the town for more than two decades now. The recent addition of Wilfred's Restaurant has only added extra prestige to the Crow Wood estate. Photo: Kelvin Stuttard
12. Weavers' Triangle
The Weavers' Triangle name was first used in the 1970s as interest developed in preserving Burnley's industrial heritage, and refers to the roughly triangular shape of the region. Explore the area, and you will still find many buildings from the days when the town led the world in the production of cotton cloth. Photo: Kelvin Stuttard
