Parking fine even though pay machines broken
I sympathise with the person who helped someone else, but had to pay the fine nevertheless.
I had to pay for the time I parked in Whalley when the pay machines were out of order. Their cameras did not show that!
Who has employed this company? How long does the contract run? I certainly do not park there now. I cannot boycott the pub that the car park belongs to, as I rarely went there in the first place. I park on the street in Whalley.
