LETTER: MP’s double standards
I AM writing in reply to our current MP’s column in the Burnley Express on Friday, December 14th and his remarks on the autumn statement and the increase in the Personal Tax Allowance.
Is this the very same man or nodding dog who voted in favour of the “Granny Tax”? Talk about double standards, this Government including the nodding dog just wants to kick the pensioners in the teeth. Why don’t they just kill them off when they reach 70 years old? That would shave the Welfare Bill. Roll on 2015 and get them out.
