Pictures have emerged of the damaged bridge near Chatburn, which collapsed after an accident this week.
The bridge on Chatburn Road was severely damaged on Wednesday morning after a lorry collided with it.
Police closed the road between Worston Road and Pimlico Link Road while the lorry was extricated, but the road was reopened a short time later.
