Man charged with indecent exposure and sexual assault
Police have charged a man following an indecent exposure and sexual assault in Burnley.
Royston Bruce (47) of Ivy Street, Burnley, has been charged with four counts of indecent exposure, relating to a incident described on December 6th. He has also been charged with a sexual assault.
