Burnley based menopause coach, Carrie Hill, is launching a monthly support group to help women navigate through what can be a harrowing time for them, physically and mentally.

Carrie (46) qualified as a menopause support coach in August last year and the subject is close to her heart. She added: “ My mission is to cut through the confusion surrounding menopause by offering real conversations, genuine connection and accessible support for all women. I am so passionate about helping women and the next generation feel informed, confident and less alone.”

Carrie is the owner and founder of Restore Her Wellness, previously Amelia Jane’s Beauty. A perimenopause resilience and mindset coach, Carrie specialises in lift and sculpt face massage, full body relaxation and overall wellness treatments to help women in perimenopause/menopause feel relaxed, de-stress and skin confident.

Last year she hosted a one off event dedicated to raising awareness, providing education and helping women to better understand a subject that is often seen as ‘taboo.’ ‘SHE THRIVES LIVE 25’ at The Lawrence Hotel in Padiham was a huge success.

Carrie is now supporting and guiding women in perimenopause and menopause to understand the hormone changes they are perhaps going through and help them to feel stronger, healthier and empowered during this transition in their lives.

She added: “I am navigating perimenopause myself, and, over the last year and a half, I have made significant changes to help manage my symptoms which has resulted in me becoming more educated, knowledgeable, more confident, more resilient and being able to advocate for my health and the decisions I make going forward.

" I am now helping women just like me do the same.”
