Burnley based charity offering free mental health therapy during lockdown

A Burnley-based charity is offering a range of free psychological services that people can access to help boost people's mental health during the latest lockdown.

The Lancashire Women charity is providing everything from wellbeing advice through to high intensity therapy, from individuals to couples to groups, for men and women.

The help is available to men and women, aged 16 plus. The only requirement is that you must be registered with a GP within the East Lancashire area – namely Burnley, Pendle, Hyndburn, Rossendale and Ribble Valley (excluding Longridge).

All sessions are held via telephone or Zoom to comply with Covid-19 recommendations.
