Demi said: “I am absolutely delighted and so proud to achieve First Class Honours. I have worked so hard so to get maximum marks in every subject is amazing.

“I chose to study my degree at Blackburn University Centre because the small class sizes were highly appealing to me. The campus was also close to my home in Burnley.

“What I have enjoyed the most about the course is the support from all of my tutors. They believed in me and pushed me to succeed with endless help, advice and encouragement.”

She added: “Blackburn University Centre has prepared me for the future by giving me a huge range of skills and boosting my confidence. It has also allowed me to acknowledge my potential.

“My tutors gave me a voice when I felt like I didn’t have one and I will be forever grateful.”
