Entry donations raised funds for TEAM RISE, a Burnley based charity supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism, as well as people who are vulnerable or socially isolated. The competition also coincided with the arrival of the new Bluey range at Specsavers.

Mark Addison, retail director at Specsavers Burnley, says: ‘We had some fantastic entries, so choosing a winner wasn’t easy, but we absolutely loved Lily’s picture and the rainbow she added herself.

‘It was a fun way to get local children involved ahead of going back to school, while raising money for a brilliant local cause at the same time. “We’re really grateful to everyone who took part and donated. Supporting our local community is really important to us, so raising more than £70 for TEAM RISE made the competition even more worthwhile.”
