Blessed Trinity celebrate rugby success

Blessed Trinity Roman Catholic College finished runners-up in the North West Under 15's Girls' Rugby Competition at Liverpool and St Helens Rugby Union Football Club.

The Year Nine and 10 girls played six games and won four, beating Wade Deacon, St Augustines, Deanery and Haydock.

They drew with St Nicholas and were narrowly beaten by St Marys.

The players were: Year 9 – Tabitha Connolly, Adi Lancaster, Madi Lancaster, Hollie Vent, Alice Titley, Elise Thomas, Molly Clough and Caitlyn Licastri.

Year 10 – Anya Richmond, Naomi Hartley, Elona Bythell, Sophie Gavin, Millie Cragg and Ebony Shackleton.
