With the 2020/21 season underway after a short lay off, top flight bosses have made their return to the dugout.
However, more than half of the managers in England's top tier have shown their worth on the pitch too.
New research by bookmakers unikrn has decided who the best Premier League manager is by their best rating on FIFA over the years.
* Of the league's 20 managers, only 11 have appeared on the game as a player.
Spurs manager Jose Mourinho, Everton manager Carlo Ancelotti, Crystal Palace manager Roy Hodgson and Leeds United manager Marco Bielsa all retired as players before the FIFA franchise began in 1993.
The likes of West Ham boss David Moyes, Leicester boss Brendan Rodgers, Liverpool’s Jurgen Klopp, Southampton’s Ralph Hasenhuttl and Sheffield United’s Chris Wilder retired in the 1990s and 2000s playing for non top tier teams, so they also do not feature.
Plus, until 1996, the franchise didn’t use real players' names and between 1998-2002 players’ overall ratings were not judged out of 0-99.

Neither Liverpool's Jurgen Klopp or Leeds United's Marcelo Bielsa, who met at Anfield at the weekend, feature in unikrn's ratings.
