The Clarets put three past Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park to climb to 15th in the table while opening up an 11 point gap from the bottom three.
Johann Berg Gudmundsson and Jay Rodriguez gave Sean Dyche's side the best possible start when putting the away side two goals up inside 10 minutes.
Matt Lowton then netted his first top-flight goal for Burnley in the second half with a tremendous volley.
However, a serious-looking injury to captain Ben Mee put a blot on an otherwise perfect day for the visitors.

Had very little to do in a dominant Burnley display. Denied Benteke on two occasions, sticking out a leg to deny the striker with the second of those, and handled crosses in the penalty area with aplomb.

The full back was outstanding from start to finish. Kept Eze - arguably Palace's biggest threat - out of the game and did the same following Townsend's introduction. Won everything defensively and his first Premier League goal for the Clarets was stunning!

Combined well with McNeil down the left hand side. Whipped in a tremendous cross for Burnley's opening goal and defended resolutely. Snuffed out Clyne's efforts to advance and gave Ayew very little to work with.

Rock solid. Benteke managed to get on the outside of him once in the first half, but that was the striker's only success. He had the physical edge, dominated aerial duels and threw himself into everything. A thoroughly deserved clean sheet.
