Lady Clarets looking for new coaches

BURNLEY FC Ladies are looking to appoint a number of volunteer coaches and managers for their various age groups.

And the club are also hoping to recruit new players.

Coaches are required to have a minimum of an FA Level One qualification, which is required by their Charter Standard affiliation.

A current CRB clearance is also required, although the club can set up a new clearance if needed.

This is a fantastic way to grow your coaching experiences and knowledge, working alongside a number of great coaches already at the club.

The club are also committed to furthering coaching qualifications of everyone at the club, and are willing to support coaches through their badges.

Burnley Ladies are also looking for new girls to join their teams ahead of the new season in September, with now being a fantastic time to join in at training, to ensure the girls are settled in ahead of the pre-season tournaments and friendlies in July.

The club currently have teams at development squad, Under 10s, Under 11s, Under 12s, Under 13s, Under 14s, Under 16s and a womens’ open age first team squad.

Their teams play against the likes of Manchester City, Preston North End, Blackpool, Wigan Athletic and more.

Both players and coaches must be able to commit to two hours per week for Wednesday evening training sessions, and also a further two to three hours once per weekend to travel to matches.
