Burnley transfer rumours: Price named in Clarets pursuit, Dyche wants wide man
Even with a new owner behind him, it’s proven to be a frustratingly slow start to proceedings for Sean Dyche, but if recent speculation is to be believed, the Burnley boss is determined to do business if and when he can.
One name that has already sprung up as a potential target is Everton full-back Jonjoe Kenny.
The 23-year-old is out-of-favour at Goodison Park, and the Clarets have been given a welcome boost, according to Football Insider.
They report that a fee of around £7 million would be enough to secure the defender on a permanent basis – although a loan is still an option.
Elsewhere, Sky Sports report that Dyche is firmly in the market for a wide midfielder too, but no specific targets have been named yet.
