Goals from Josh Brownhill, Wilson Odobert, Dara O’Shea and Vitinho handed Scott Parker a dream 4-1 win in his first game as Clarets boss.
Here’s how Burnley’s players rated:
9. Wilson Odobert - 8/10
Timed his run perfectly and provided a cool finish for Burnley’s second. Pace in behind was always a threat. Photo: David Rogers
10. Luca Koleosho - 8/10
Direct running caused all sorts of problems for Luton, who were terrified of his pace. Still working his way back to full fitness and had to come off early with cramp. Photo: David Rogers
11. Lyle Foster - 8/10
Might not grab all the headlines but his run for Burnley’s fourth deserves so much praise. A hugely unselfish display, always dropping deep to offer an outlet. Photo: David Rogers
12. SUB: Anass Zaroury - 7/10
For Koleosho, 66Showed some nice touches off the bench as he delivered some crosses into the Luton box late on. Photo: David Rogers
