Burnley part company with Dane Richards

Burnley winger Dane Richards has had his contract terminated at Turf Moor.

The 29-year-old Jamaican, who joined the Clarets on an 18-month contract from Canadian outfit Vancouver Whitecaps in January, has since made two substitute appearances.

He ended last season on loan at Norwegian side FK Bodø/Glimt.

Burnley Football Club would like to take this opportunity to thank Dane for his efforts while at Turf Moor and wish him well in his future career.
