After much research and feedback from fans, the Flexi-Ticket provides supporters with more options than ever before to attend matches at Turf Moor in 2013.

Flexi-Ticket packages allow those of you finding it difficult to justify purchasing a full season ticket to attend the matches YOU want, at a reduced rate to standard matchday prices.

Flexi-Ticket gives you a seat for either four or six matches at Turf Moor in 2013 - AND gives priority to the high profile clash against Blackburn Rovers (Sat 14th September).

And Flexi Tickets couldn’t be simpler…

Simply purchase the Flexi-Ticket package that suits you best, receive your Flexi-Ticket vouchers, then redeem them for either four or six home league games of your choice in 2013 (**excluding Blackburn).

HOW DO I PURCHASE FLEXI-TICKET PACKS

Flexi-tickets can be purchased in person at the ticket office, via telephone on 0871 221 1914 (option 2) or online HERE

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY FLEXI-TICKET VOUCHERS

If you purchase in person from the Turf Moor Ticket Office you will receive your redeemable vouchers instantly. Those fans purchasing online or over the phone will have your redeemable vouchers posted out to you, unless you state otherwise.

HOW MANY FLEXI-TICKET PACKAGES CAN I BUY?

You can purchase as many as you like, but flexi-ticket packs are only valid up to and including the Blackpool game on December 21, 2013.

A new flexi-ticket will be introduced for the second half of the season, commencing January 1, 2014.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ‘PREMIUM’ AND ‘STANDARD’?

Premium packs are available anywhere in the stadium in home area seating. Offer applies only to standard Turf Moor seating. Corporate area seats are not available with this offer*

Standard packs are ONLY available in the Jimmy McIlroy Stand lower.

CAN I RESERVE A SPECIFIC SEAT WITH MY FLEXI-TICKET?

Yes, you can reserve a seat for each game within your pack, either in person at the ticket office or via telephone on 0871 221 1914 (option 2). Vouchers are then swapped for a match ticket at the ticket office, either in advance or on the day of the relevant game.

However, the earlier you redeem your vouchers the more chance you have of reserving a specific seat. There is no guarantee you will receive the same seat if vouchers are redeemed on a match-by-match basis.

CAN I BRING A FRIEND TO THE MATCH USING A FLEXI-TICKET VOUCHER?

Your flexi-ticket is yours to use as you like. By all means bring a friend. However, you cannot redeem more than two tickets for one individual game.

WHEN CAN I REDEEM MY FLEXI-TICKET VOUCHERS?

Flexi-Ticket vouchers can be redeemed during opening times at the Turf Moor Ticket Office or on matchdays. Please note, the earlier you redeem your voucher before a match, the more choice you are likely have for your seat.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY FLEXI-TICKET VOUCHERS?

Flexi-tickets can be exchanged for match tickets either by telephone or in person, but not online. The flexi-ticket is then swapped for the relevant match ticket upon collection.

Flexi-tickets are NOT redeemable at the turnstiles.

ARE ALL MATCHES INCLUDED?

There are 10 home Championship games included on the six and four game flexi-ticket packs. The Blackburn Rovers game is not included in the flexi-ticket package**.

DOES PURCHASING A FLEXI-TICKET PACKAGE GIVE ME PRIORITY FOR THE BLACKBURN ROVERS HOME MATCH?

Yes, all owners of a flexi-ticket will qualify to purchase tickets in the earliest sales period for the Blackburn game.

ARE CUP GAMES INCLUDED IN THE FLEXI-TICKET PACKAGE?

Cup games are not included. However, a flexi-ticket does offer a priority period for purchasing cup tickets.

WILL THE FLEXI-TICKET BE AVAILABLE FOR THE SECOND HALF OF THE SEASON?

The Flexi-Ticket scheme is being trialled during the first part of the 2013/14 season as an alternative to the previous Membership scheme. A decision will be made later this year, dependent no the success of the trial.
