Burnley keen on ex-Everton midfielder as Tottenham Hotspur linked with Real Madrid defender
Sean Dyche has held talks with the new owners over potential recruits, but there is no breakthrough as of yet.
That said, Dyche and co still have until 11pm on Monday, February 1 to finalise their transfer business as they look to end the 2020/21 season on a high.
