Burnley extend free ticket offer deadline for Notts County cup tie
Season ticket holders given extra time to claim free entry for cup tie
Burnley have extended their free ticket offer for their first competitive game of the 2026/27 season.
For those Clarets who have purchased season tickets for the upcoming campaign, they’ve been granted free entry for the first domestic cup home draws in both the Carabao Cup and FA Cup.
After Nicky Hayen’s side drew a home tie against Notts County in the first round of the Carabao Cup, that offer is now in operation.
Season ticket holders were given a deadline of today to claim their ticket, but that has now been extended until this weekend.
“The deadline for season ticket holders to claim their complimentary ticket for our Carabao Cup game against Notts County has been extended to midnight on Sunday, July 26,” the Clarets wrote on X.
“To claim their ticket, season ticket holders should log in to their online ticketing account and select their chosen seat. At this point season ticket holders can select the price type equivalent to their season ticket.
“All complimentary tickets must be claimed before Sunday's deadline.”
The cup tie will be Burnley fans’ first opportunity to see Hayen’s side in competitive action, with the first round clash kicking off the new season on Saturday, August 8.
The Clarets don’t open their Championship account until the following week, when they host West Ham on Sunday, August 16, with the game being televised live on Sky Sports.
