Burnley FC striker Paterson suffers fresh injury setback
BURNLEY Football Club is still awaiting confirmation of the extent of Martin Paterson’s fresh injury setback.
The Clarets striker pulled up with a recurrence of a thigh strain during Tuesday night’s Championship defeat at Doncaster Rovers.
Burnley manager Eddie Howe confirmed: “It is early days because Martin has saw a specialist on Wednesday morning.
“We are still ascertaining the full extent of the injury before we will know how long he will be out for.”
