Jimmy Anderson claims his 400th England Test victim

Burnley’s cricketing hero Jimmy Anderson has notched up another milestone by becoming the first England bowler to take 400 Test wickets.

The pace ace, dubbed the ‘Burnley Express’ claimed his 400th victim in only his second over of the second test against New Zealand at Headingley. He dismissed Martin Guptill who was caught by Ian Bell.

Anderson is only the 12th bowler to take 400 Test wickets and joins an elite club which includes Shane Warne, Curtley Ambrose and Wasim Akram.
