Beth Tweddle’s former coach to take course in Burnley

Gary Kirby, who coached a young Tweddle in his time at City of Liverpool Gymnastics, will take the course at the BEST Centre to try and give teachers the skills, confidence and qualifications to teach basic gymnastics within the school environment.

The Gymnastics Club in Burnley will benefit in the long run, with young gymnasts having the basic skills in place before they join the club and use the Enhanced Olympic London 2012 Equipment at the centre.

The Introductory Level Gymnastics Course costs £180 and will be held at the BEST Centre at Unit 1, Bridgewater Close, on Network 65 Business Park on November 28th and 29th this year, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on both days.
