Workshop aims to get patients fit and healthy
A medical centre is to dish out tips on healthy eating at a workshop for patients
The free session takes place tomorrow at the Kiddrow Lane Health Centre in Burnley.
It was inspired by a member of the patient participation group who recently attended a session on healthy eating they thought other patients could benefit from.
The free one hour workshop starts at 10-30am and the basics of healthy eating for weight loss and management will be covered.
Support and guidance from the weight management and physical activity specialist will also be available.
Open to all patients at the practice, places can be booked at the health centre reception or by ringing 01282 731300.
