Well-known Burnley solicitor joins Nelson firm

Mr Duncan Baldwin joined Roberts and Smith Solicitors as a consultant solicitor in August.

He was a partner in the Burnley firm Waddington and Son for almost 20 years before it recently decided to scale down the conveyancing and property side of its practice.

Throughout his career, Mr Baldwin has been a property lawyer dealing with residential and commercial conveyancing as well as leases, wills, powers of attorney and probate matters.

Mr Baldwin said: “I started my legal career on Carr Road, and 27 years later it has been great to come back, and I look forward to being here for many years to come.”
