VIDEO: Weather causes traffic chaos on M65
Heavy downpours have wreaked havoc on the M65 this morning.
Police were called to multiple crashes between 10-30am and 11-30am as standing water on the motorway surface made driving conditions difficult.
There was a collision on the eastbound carriageway near junction 12 and further minor smashes around the same junction.
