Victim treated for burns after fire at Burnley flat

One casualty was treated for burns to the arms after a blaze at a flat in Burnley last night.

Three fire engines, from Burnley and Nelson, were called to Edgworth Grove just before 9pm where the fire had broken out in the first floor apartment.

Crews used a positive ventilation fan and thermal imaging camera and they remained at the scene for an hour.
