Decorated former policeman to give talk on his career at Burnley event

A retired Rochdale policeman is to give a talk at St Andrew's Church on his lengthy career in law enforcement, covering mass house burglary, armed robberies, murder, and kidnap in his exposition titled 'The Capture of the Black Panther'.

Having been commended on more than 20 occasions for outstanding police work during an illustrious career on the force, retired bobby Andy O'Sullivan MBE will be speaking of his experiences and his journey from street urchin to establishment man at St Andrews Church on Colne Road in Burnley on Tuesday, April 21st at 1.30pm.

Having been speaking publicly for years, Andy has gone on to become the world's most prolific athletics volunteer, organising more than 670 races and commentating on a number of premier road races, including the Great Manchester Run, the Wilmslow Half-Marathon, and the Trafford 10K.
