Two men charged with murder face trial
Two men accused of murdering a Burnley man go are in court this week.
Paul Howarth (48), of Clifton Road, Burnley and Gary Burley (45), of Herbert Street, Burnley will be tried at Preston Crown Court on Wednesday accused of the murder of Keith Passmore.
Shortly after 6-30pm on Saturday, January 10th 2015, police were called to an address in Clifton Road, Burnley where they found the body of a 60-year-old Mr Passmore. He was pronounced dead at the scene and a post-mortem established the cause of death to be multiple stab wounds.
Burley is additionally accused of making threats to kill.
