Person rescued from car in Salterforth
Firefighters had to rescue a person trapped following a car accident in Salterforth.
Three fire engines from Colne and Barnoldswick attended the road traffic collision involving a car on Standing Stone Lane in Salterforth at 3pm.
Firefighters used cutting equipment to rescue one person trapped in the vehicle, who was taken to hospital by ambulance.
