Firefighters were called out to rescue a teenage girl after she got trapped in a swing this afternoon.

The incident happened in a park off Wheatley Lane Road in Fence at around 1-30pm.

Fire crews from Nelson used hand tools to free the girl who was uninjured after her ordeal.
