Fire crews battle grass fire in Brierfield
Firefighters were called out to tackle a grass fire last night.
Four crews from Burnley and Nelson were called to Stonyhurst Height in Brierfield just after 10pm where the blaze broke out across 100 square metres of grassland.
Crews had to use beaters and aqua packs to tackle the flames which took them around an hour to bring under control.
