Top art students head for Manchester Metropolitan Uni
All seven are currently studying A-Level fine art, among other subjects, at St Mary’s art department. The course offers the traditional route to studying art and design at higher education, which enables students to experience and develop a wide variety of art and design techniques and media.
Andrea Westall, head of art, said: “We are immensely proud of all our students’ hard work. It is lovely to see they are widely appreciated by other art institutions. We were particularly delighted by the diverse portfolios the students put together.”
