Standish Street traders help hospice
A street fair organised by businesses on Standish Street, Burnley, raised £80 for Pendleside Hospice.
Shelly Taylor, one of the organisers of the enjoyable event, which was held in August, said: “A fantastic day was had by all.
“It was a great way to try and raise awareness of all the independent businesses on Standish Street.
“We also all agreed that it was important to choose a charity that does fantastic work and felt strongly that Pendleside Hospice was a worthy cause.”
