Public reaction at Colne bypass talks
Colne Library was bulging throughout Wednesday as people clamoured to see road plans and grill Lancashire County Council highways staff at the first public Colne-Foulridge Bypass consultation event.
Debate raged and views were aired for and against the road while others remained neutral about the process and some were sceptical as to whether there would ever be a bypass.
