PHOTOS: Hunt for clues at Burnley ‘murder’ scene
Forensic police investigators scoured a Burnley flat this morning in the hunt for clues at the scene of a suspected murder.
The white-clad scene of crime officers could be clearly seen going in and out of a flat in Clifton Road, just off Padiham Road, where a 60-year-old man is believed to have been stabbed to death on Saturday night.
Police tape was still visible around the property and a number of police cars were stationed nearby.
Two men from Burnley, aged 44 and 47, have been arrested on suspicion of murder and are currently in police custody.
