Vintage Claret is due to go on the market with Pugh and Co property vendors and auctioneeers next month with a reserve price of £130,000.
This includes the freehold of the building on the corner of Yorkshire Street and Plumbe Street, and a five year lease with a tenant in place.

Hide AdFormerly UDA, which had been derelict for several years, Burnley businessman Ian Walker bought the building and transformed it into the watering hole.
A popular meeting place for Clarets' fans, games are regularly shown there and the pub, which opened in June last year, also offers a range of gins and speciality cocktails.
Mr Walker said this week: "Vintage Claret is doing really well, it is busy and popular and a great investment opportunity for someone.
"The only reason I have decided to sell is so I can concentrate on other investment opportunities."
