In pictures: Beautiful sun kissed island is setting for wedding of Simonstone bride and groom

A couple from Simonstone tied the knot on the island of Cyprus.

Lindsey Burtonwood and Ben Knight tied the knot in Vasilias Nikoklis in Paphos. Their big day came 11 years after bridegroom Ben had a lifesaving heart transplant operation.

Once back in England the newly weds held a wedding reception for family and friends at the Higher Trapp Hotel in Simonstone. The celebration was hosted by wedding singer Gavin Young.
