Crews extinguish tumble dryer fire in Burnley
Firefighters were called to an address in Darwin Street yesterday (Saturday) to tackle a fire involving a tumble dryer.

Two fire engines attended the incident just before 5pm. Crews wearing breathing apparatus used two hose reels and a ventilation unit to extinguish the blaze.
A spokesman for Lancashire Fire and Rescue confirmed no one was injured in the incident.
